The Skyfood PCI-22G is a commercial-grade, bench-style meat grinder engineered for high-capacity output in demanding food service environments. It is the ideal solution for butcher shops, meat processors, and restaurants requiring consistent performance and robust construction.

The unit is powered by a 2 HP motor coupled with a heavy-duty, gear-driven transmission. The gears operate within an oil bath to ensure longevity and reduce wear during continuous use. This system drives a No. 22 hub with a cast iron grinding device, capable of processing approximately 650 pounds of product per hour. Operator safety is addressed by a large guarded feed throat and a safety interlock that disconnects power when the pan is removed. The unit is fully cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified, meeting strict standards for commercial safety and hygiene.
