Shipping Policy


Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once payment is received and cleared.

Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to product availability. In the event of any significant delays, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Methods & Carriers:

We primarily ship orders using UPS and Daylight to ensure prompt, reliable delivery.

For larger or heavier items, we may arrange freight shipments. Freight carriers may require delivery appointments and/or additional handling. We will provide instructions and contact you if such arrangements are necessary.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Times:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected. Any available promotions or discounts will be applied at that time.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays, may affect actual delivery times.


Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, please contact us at support@cooksforge.com to discuss available options and any associated surcharges.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


Damaged or Lost Shipments:

If your order arrives damaged, please note this on the Bill of Lading (if applicable) and contact us immediately at support@cooksforge.com. Provide photos of the damage and details of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in locating your package or initiating a claim with the carrier.


Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a shipment is returned due to an address error, any additional shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
