Return Policy
Return Eligibility Window:
• Customers may request a return or cancellation at the time of delivery. However, the latest a return request may be initiated is 7 days after delivery.
• Any product not returned within this timeframe will not be eligible for return or refund.
Condition of Returned Products:
• All returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• No returns will be accepted after installation for Amerikooler, Econ Air, or Captive Air products.

Return and Replacement Fees:
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all returned items.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including:
• Outbound shipping charges for returning the item
• Shipping costs for any replacement item delivered
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email support@cooksforge.com to request a return.
2. Include the following in your email:
• Your order or invoice number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Your full name, email address, and phone number
We will respond with return instructions, including any required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and confirm the correct return address based on the product’s brand.
Damages Upon Delivery:
• Any product damage or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@cooksforge.com to report the issue and initiate a claim.
